KEKKA LOU ACCEPTS CHANGES OR RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE ORDER.


CHANGES ARE FREE OF CHARGE, WHILE THE RETURN WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND. ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN AUTHORIZATION BY KEKKA LOU, AND NOT BEFORE NOTIFYING IT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VIA E-MAIL TO INFO@KEKKALOU.COM OR BY FILLING IN THE FORM AVAILABLE ON THE "CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE" PAGE OF THE WEBSITE.

OUR SALES MANAGER WILL CONTACT YOU AND FOLLOW YOU STEP BY STEP IN RETURNING THE ITEMS TO OUR WAREHOUSE.


WHAT TO DO TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. COMMUNICATE THE INTENTION TO RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN THE FOURTEENTH WORKING DAY FROM THE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS.
2. WAIT FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PROCESS THE REQUEST AND SEND THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION E-MAIL.
3. SHIP THE ITEM WITH ITS ORIGINAL CARD AND BOX. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A TAG AND / OR BOX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
4. KEKKA LOU UNDERTAKES TO REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS.
5. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR THE RETURNED ITEM IS USED OR DAMAGED, KEKKA LOU WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE REFUND. IN THIS CASE, YOU CAN DECIDE TO RETURN THE ITEM PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED BY PAYING THE SHIPPING COSTS. AFTER THIS LAST SHIPMENT IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO CARRY OUT RETURNS OPERATIONS.


WHAT TO DO TO CHANGE AN ARTICLE

IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE THE SIZE OR COLOUR OF THE SAME ARTICLE, OR A DIFFERENT ARTICLE:

1. COMMUNICATE YOUR INTENTION TO CHANGE AN ITEM WITHIN THE FOURTEENTH WORKING DAY FROM THE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS, SPECIFYING THE NEW PRODUCT YOU WISH TO PURCHASE.
2. WAIT FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PROCESS THE REQUEST AND SEND THE CHANGE AUTHORIZATION E-MAIL.
3. SHIP THE ARTICLE WITH ITS ORIGINAL CARD AND BOX. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A TAG AND / OR BOX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
4. AS SOON AS KEKKA LOU RECEIVES THE ARTICLE, IT UNDERTAKES TO SHIP THE NEW ORDER INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS.
5. IF THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONDITIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR THE ITEM TO BE CHANGED IS USED OR DAMAGED, KEKKA LOU WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE CHANGE. IN THIS CASE, YOU CAN DECIDE TO RETURN THE ITEM PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED BY PAYING THE SHIPPING COSTS. AFTER THIS LAST SHIPMENT IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS, KEKKA LOU UNDERTAKES TO CHANGE THE ITEM WITHOUT ANY COST TO BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER OR FOR A FULL REFUND. IN THIS CASE IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO PROVE THE DEFECT THROUGH A PHOTO SENT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION. ONCE VERIFIED, CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL PROCEED ON THE BASIS OF THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST.

 

REFUND TIMES

THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS, FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE ARTICLE.

THE REFUND WILL BE MADE ACCORDING TO THE METHOD OF PAYMENT CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. AS SOON AS IT IS ISSUED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL.
